This series is a non-hunting alternate universe of Supernatural. Sam left home at 17 because John gave him an ultimatum that if he didn't give up cross-dressing (and being gay), he was to leave instead and never come back. After traveling around a couple years, Sam ended up on South Dakota. There, he started a romantic relationship with a man 33 years older than him, Bobby Singer. Despite Bobby's reluctance, their relationship is solid and Sam now lives and works at the salvage yard with Bobby. Three years into their relationship, there was a knock on their door one night during dinner from a stranded out-of-towner looking for a tow, who was none other than Sam's estranged brother Dean. Takes place roughly around season one era.
